Sessions are 45-50 minutes long and cost $160. Methods of payment accepted are: cash, cheque and e-transfer. An invoice will be printed or emailed to you after payment, which typically occurs at the end of the session.

How do I start with a counsellor?
Counselling sessions are confidential. The exception would be if there was a risk of danger or harm to yourself or others, then the appropriate parties would be contacted.
